Jeff Olson
Jeff is originally from Owatonna, Minnesota - where he first started marching as a flute player for the Owatonna marching band in 2004. After graduating in 2007, he became Owatonna’s color guard instructor until 2018. Jeff is graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato with a BFA in Printmaking and Drawing. He has used those skills in designing uniforms and flags for various color guard programs. Jeff has since worked as instructor, choreographer, technician, and visual designer for summer, fall, and winter programs throughout Minnesota. Jeff has marched and instructed with the Govenaires Drum & Bugle Corps, as well as Lux Independent Winterguard in 2015. He has a passion for teaching others to achieve excellence in technique and performance.
Jeff currently lives in Minneapolis and has worked in Management for Caribou Coffee Company for the past 10 years.
