Executive Assistant
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our leadership team. This individual will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly — supporting communication efforts, coordinating schedules, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping ensure our staff and volunteers have what they need to succeed.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Outgoing and comfortable communicating with a variety of people
Strong in written and verbal communication
Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Passionate about supporting a mission-driven organization

2026 Drum & Bugle Corps
We are growing our instruction team for all sections — Brass, Percussion, Color Guard, and Visual. Instructors are responsible for the day-to-day instruction of performing members throughout the 2026 Drum & Bugle Corps season, culminating at 2026 DCI Championships in Indianapolis. If you have experience you want to pay forward, join our instruction team!
