Govenaires Winter Percussion

The 2024 inaugural season of Govenaires Winter Percussion will provide performers with opportunities to expand their musical, movement and performance skills within a production aligned with the most contemporary approaches to WGI-style Winter Percussion. In rehearsals, clinics, and performances, Govenaires Winter Percussion will further the motto of the Govenaires:

“Dedication to Performance, Pride in the Corps, Fun with the People.”

Staff

The Staff and Design Team of Govenaires Winter Percussion includes award-winning, expert educator-designers from within and beyond the Winter Percussion activity. This team has an incredible amount of experience, and has been assembled with you in mind, bringing world-class approaches to arranging a cohesive, entertaining, and performer-friendly production.

We are currently accepting additional applications for the Govenaires Winter Percussion staff.

Calendar

Our calendar of rehearsals, clinics, and performances serves to provide opportunity to achieve excellence in maximizing performer skills and achievement of a well-designed show, while also allowing for balance in one’s life. Save the date: our open house rehearsals are coming up on October 21st and November 4th; our placement weekend will occur on November 18th and 19th.

Dues and Eligibility 

  • Dues to join Govenaires Winter Percussion will be just $400.

  • The ensemble is currently open to performers aged 15 to adult.
